Last Updated: September 12, 2026

Welcome to Truvora (“Truvora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a payment processing platform owned and operated by Toxic AI Labs, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“Company”). Truvora® is a registered trademark of Toxic AI Labs, LLC.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Truvora website, dashboards, APIs, SDKs, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Platform.

01

Nature of the Service

Truvora provides software that orchestrates, routes, and manages payment transactions across third-party payment processors, gateways, and acquiring banks selected by you or connected to your account.

Truvora is a technology provider only. Truvora does not act as, and is not:

  • an Independent Sales Organization (ISO) or payment facilitator;
  • a payment gateway;
  • an acquiring bank, issuing bank, or member bank;
  • a money transmitter; or
  • a party to any agreement between you and any payment processor, gateway, acquiring bank, or financial institution.

Your relationship with each underlying processor, gateway, or acquiring bank is governed solely by your separate, direct agreement with that party. Truvora has no control over, and no responsibility for, the acts, omissions, solvency, pricing, uptime, or terms of any third-party financial service provider accessed through the Platform.

02

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to promptly update it as needed.

03

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your use of the Platform, including all transactions you initiate, route, configure, or process through it. You agree to:

  • comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering laws, sanctions laws, and consumer protection laws;
  • comply with the operating rules of any payment card network (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) applicable to your transactions;
  • independently maintain any compliance obligations applicable to your business, including PCI DSS, in connection with any processor, gateway, or bank you connect through the Platform;
  • use the Platform only for lawful business purposes and not to process transactions you know or suspect to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or prohibited; and
  • maintain your own agreements, licenses, and registrations required to accept payments in the jurisdictions where you operate.

You assume full responsibility and liability for your own use of the Platform, including any losses, disputes, chargebacks, fraud, regulatory inquiries, or third-party claims arising from your transactions or your relationships with processors, gateways, or acquiring banks. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

No Responsibility for Users' Unlawful Use of the Platform

Truvora is a technology platform that enables businesses to route and manage payment transactions; we do not control, and cannot review, every transaction routed through the Platform. Company takes reasonable efforts to monitor, detect, and prevent fraudulent or unlawful use of the Platform, including transaction monitoring, screening tools, and account review processes. However, Company cannot guarantee that all fraudulent, unauthorized, or unlawful activity will be detected or prevented.

Except for Company's own fraud or violation of applicable law (see Section 8(c)), Company assumes no responsibility or liability for a User's use of the Platform to violate applicable law, process unauthorized or fraudulent transactions, or otherwise engage in unlawful activity, provided Company has made the reasonable efforts described in this Section. Users are solely and fully responsible for ensuring their own compliance with applicable law and bear sole liability for any unlawful use of the Platform, including under Section 9 (Indemnification).

04

Fees

Fees for use of the Platform are set out in your order form, pricing schedule, or account dashboard, and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Fees charged by third-party processors, gateways, or acquiring banks are separate and are your responsibility under your agreements with those parties.
